The Branch Schedule Settings screen contains multiple sub-tabs where you can customise certain aspects of your Schedule settings.
Branch Schedule Settings Permissions
You can manage permissions for Branch Schedule Settings from your Profile drop-down menu with the manage users permission.
Go to Branch Settings → Manage Users.
Select the user whose permissions you want to edit.
Click Edit, then scroll down to the Branch Settings section.
In this section, you’ll see five permission options. For each option, you can assign one of the following access levels:
No Access, View Only or Full Permission (Edit)
Branch Owners have Full Access by default. Other tier 1 Users can be granted optional access except Site Manager.

You can access your branch Schedule Settings, with permission, via your profile drop-down icon - the teal coloured circle with your initials to the top right of your page.
Clicking on this icon, scroll down to Branch Settings | Schedule Settings option.
Clicking on this page opens your Schedule Settings screen.
The section is broken down into General, Holidays, Contractor, Replace Assignee and Schedule Mode.
This article will focus on the Replace Asignee Sub tab

Bulk Replace Assignee Across All Schedules
Note: While the project schedule’s ‘Replace Assignee’ action allows you to reassign all tasks for a single project from one task assignee to another, the Bulk Replace Assignee tool here provides a broader and more powerful option.
Users with permission can use this feature to replace an assignee across all projects where they have assigned tasks and perform several related actions simultaneously.
Using this action will remove the current task assignee and add the new task assignee to the People sub-tab for all affected projects.
Open the Current Assignee dropdown and select the task assignee you want to replace.
If appropriate, you can also tick the following checkboxes:
Also remove from the Project People List – immediately removes the assignee’s access to any projects they were assigned tasks on.
Notify about removal from schedule – sends a notification letting them know which projects they have been removed from.
Next, open the New Assignee dropdown and select the new task assignee who will take over the previous user’s tasks.
You can also tick the Notify about their newly assigned tasks option to send a notification to the new assignee listing all the projects they’ve been added to.
Press the Replace Task Asignee Box.
A model will pop up warning you that all the Below projects will be affected by the change, you must Type in CONFIRM and then press Replace Assignee for the action to be complete.
Selecting the Notify about their newly assigned tasks checkbox lets you choose whether the notification is sent in the 7am Briefing the next morning or immediately, and you can also include a custom comment in the email notification.
