Contractor Settings: Your Profile Dropdown / Branch Settings /
Under Contractor Settings you have the option to turn on and off Contractors ability to see notes added under the Site/Build Notes. When the slide is on, your Contractors can see the notes and receive an email when a note is added/edited, when the slide is off they will not be able to view them.
Custom Contractor File Categories
Branch users can now add custom category names under the Branch Contractor Settings for certain documents. This is a permission based feature allowing you to create and edit Category Names that are specifically for use in your branch with your Contractors.
Branch user with "Contractor Settings - Add/Edit/Delete" permission will be able to slide notes on or off and add/edit/delete custom categories
Contractors view those custom categories added at the bottom of the list when uploading files to the branch.
