The Branch Schedule Settings screen contains multiple sub-tabs where you can customise certain aspects of your Schedule settings.
Branch Schedule Settings Permissions
You can manage permissions for Branch Schedule Settings from your Profile drop-down menu with the manage users permission.
Go to Branch Settings → Manage Users.
Select the user whose permissions you want to edit.
Click Edit, then scroll down to the Branch Settings section.
In this section, you’ll see five permission options. For each option, you can assign one of the following access levels:
No Access, View Only or Full Permission (Edit)
Branch Owners have Full Access by default. Other tier 1 Users can be granted optional access except Site Manager.

You can access your branch Schedule Settings, with permission, via your profile drop-down icon - the teal coloured circle with your initials to the top right of your page.
Clicking on this icon, scroll down to Branch Settings | Schedule Settings option.
Clicking on this page opens your Schedule Settings screen.
The section is broken down into General, Holidays, Contractor, Replace Assignee and Schedule Mode.
This article will focus on the Contractor Sub tab

Managing Your Schedule’s Contractor Settings
You can configure your contractors’ task completion and acceptance processes to suit your scheduling workflow.
Allow Contractor to view Task Assignee - Once enabled the contractors can see who else is assigned to tasks on the same project.
Task Acceptance Notifications - Once enabled Rave will send email notifications when contractors accept or sign off on tasks
Request Sign-Off on Tasks
The ‘Request Sign-Off on Tasks’ option allows contractors to notify you when they have completed their assigned tasks.
If this checkbox is not ticked, contractors will not be able to indicate task completion, and you will not receive completion notifications.
Accept or Decline Tasks / Propose New Start Dates
These options are available for Advanced and Enterprise Scheduling users.
They allow contractors (trades) to:
Accept or decline assigned tasks based on their availability
Propose new start dates if they are unable to complete the task on the originally scheduled days
This feature helps improve communication and ensures schedule accuracy.
Task Contractor Messages
The ‘Task Contractor Messages’ setting allows you to customise the messages displayed to contractors when they accept a Task or request sign-off for tasks.
These messages can include important reminders such as health and safety requirements or other relevant project information.
