Branch Notification Settings


Under this sub heading we show Project, Financial Xero (for those connected) Branch notification control options. 


Access to the Branch Settings tab is managed by the permission under User Permissions. Its called Branch Settings. Under this the specific permission for Branch Notifications is called Notification Preferences.  if you don't have this permission checked you don't have access to view the Branch Notification Settings or Edit them if the edit permission is on. 


There are three notification options under these tabs.

The Primary accounts email, the Secondary accounts email and the Financial email

These emails are set under your Branch Details Tab.

Project Notification Settings

This is where you can toggle On or Off to receive external email notifications to the Primary Accounts and/or Secondary Accounts email address for Project Notifications. There is also the option of the Financial email for the Progress Payment Task Schedule Changed notification.

Financial Notification Settings

For those who have access to Financial Management in Rave you  can control the Financial settings for the Financial as well as Primary and Secondary Accounts email where applicable. By switching off these settings at a branch level it will NOT stop the default user ones that have been created/selected it will only affect these email addresses. To turn off user specific notifications you need to go to the user notification settings


Xero Notification Settings 


We now have the ability to turn off Xero Notifications to the Primary, Secondary and Financial email.

By switching off these settings at a branch level it will NOT stop the default user ones that have been created/selected it will only affect these email addresses. To turn off user specific notifications you need to go to the user notification settings
