The Activity Summary Reminder feature allows Rave internal users (not Clients or Contractors) to receive scheduled email reminders for upcoming Activities, regardless of whether they use calendar syncing.
This feature helps users stay on top of upcoming Tasks and Meetings by sending a summary email containing key activity details and direct links back into Rave.
Once enabled, you need to choose which types of Activity reminders you want to receive:
- Task reminders only
- Meeting reminders only
- Both Tasks and Meetings
You then need to choose the Frequency of these reminders:
- Daily (today only)
- Daily (this week's activities 7 days worth from today)
- Weekly (sent every Monday for the week)
An example of a reminder that has both tasks and meetings with a View in Rave which will take you to your Rave Calendar
