With the Timesheets Advanced and Financial Management Module enabled, you can now access the Branch Level Task Hours report.
This report provides a consolidated view of labour hours tracked against tasks across all projects in your branch.
This is ideal for businesses seeking greater transparency and control over how labour is allocated and used.

The Branch Level Task Hours report displays:
All tasks created via the Timesheet > Manage Tasks feature on the left
A project icon to expand/collapse the projects allocated to the tasks
Total hours Estimated to each task — across all projects
Total hours Allocated to each tasks via timesheet entries - across all projects
Variance hours from Estimated minus Allocated
You can filter by Task Name and/or Project. Both Single Select or Multi Select.
There is a check box to show or hide closed Projects so you can remove projects once they have been closed/completed.
You can Export to CSV or PDF to the Top Right.
You can choose to export with the Projects list or without via the drop down on each type
By Selecting the House icon or pressing the + button you can view all projects that have Timesheet entries against that task name.
