How to View Your Branch Users
To view and manage your users:
Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner of your screen.
Scroll down to the Branch Settings section.
Select "Manage Users."
From here, you can view, edit, and manage all users within your branch.

User Groups Explained:
The Last user group is our Tier 1 users - This next group is Branch Owner
Branch Owner is the highest-level user group in Rave, designed specifically for business owners, directors, or senior managers.
Default Access
By default, all Rave features and permissions are fully enabled for Branch Owners. *Some permissions and options are module based so will only show if you opt into those Modules.
Where applicable, settings can be adjusted to turn off or set certain features to view-only, depending on your business needs.
Important Notes
Branch Owners by default have the ability to:
Delete clients, enquiries, and projects
Access and manage all financial data, users, settings, and reports
Override or change permissions for other user groups
Because of the level of control this role provides, we strongly recommend assigning Branch Owner access only to the business owner or a highly trusted, authorised representative.
