As with any new feature in Rave we have implemented a new set of permissions for our CRM upgrade.  By default a user who is assigned the group 'Sales Person' will have access to all of the below permissions.

The permissions with an asterix (*) should be viewed one by one to determine if you are happy for your salespeople to have those extra permissions. Some should only be on for Sales Managers/Branch owners, as they are a higher-level permission.  These can be turned on or off by the person or persons who have 'manager user' permissions in your branch.
