Raves CRM portal includes a number of sub-tabs – below is a quick summary of each.



The CRM Leads & Clients tab


Rave's CRM Leads & Clients screen is where you can view your leads and Client list, add new clients, find Client information and manage your Enquiries (sales leads) through to completion. You can import and export Client lists, and print your Client list from here.

The CRM Notes tab


Rave's CRM Notes page is where you can easily view, add, and edit notes for all Client enquiries. You can search, filter, and print or export your notes as required.

The CRM Templates tab


Rave's CRM Templates screen is where you can create and manage your CRM Client email templates and custom Client export templates. Once templates are created here, you can use them within various CRM Leads & Clients workflows.

The CRM Activities tab


Rave's CRM Activities page is here to help ensure you are always on top of client communication – i.e. you won't miss a single sale due to forgetting to make a follow up with a client. With that in mind, we have two very useful reports - the Activities report, and the All Enquiries without Activities report.

The CRM Show Home tab


Rave's CRM Show Home portal is an online form designed to make collecting new Client lead information super easy – whether you're in your show home, at a home show, expo, or another event. Formatted to fit on a standard tablet (or your laptop), it is customised with your company branding. As long as the device has an internet connection, Enquiries will be added to your Rave CRM Leads & Clients list in real time.  

If you are at a larger event, you can have multiple tablets set up and ready to collect more leads!

The CRM Audit Log tab  


A very useful feature of Rave Build’s CRM system, is the Audit Trail functionality. The comprehensive history of a Lead/Client and Enquiry provided by RAVE’s Audit Trail is only available to branch office staff, providing clarity and certainty on Lead/Client and Enquiry actions.
