If you are using one of the devices below, you will need to upgrade your device in order to get the latest updates from Rave. You may not even be aware you are missing new updates, as your app will still function, but nothing new is being added.
Google Play Store has indicated that you must be on Android Version 14 or newer. This is not a Rave requirement but from Google.
You can still use Rave on your device; however, you will be restricted to only our older features and no new versions. If you are unable to upgrade your device we suggest using a web browser version on your phone instead.
Samsung Galaxy Devices
Samsung's older policy only guaranteed 3 years of Android updates for its premium hardware. The devices below are limited to Android 13 and nothing newer.
- Galaxy S Series: Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S20 FE, and the S10 Lite.
- Galaxy Note Series: Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Ultra, and Note 10 Lite.
- Galaxy Foldables: Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the original Galaxy Z Flip (LTE/5G).
- Galaxy A Series: Galaxy A51, Galaxy A71, Galaxy A32, and Galaxy A22.
- Galaxy Tablets: Galaxy Tab S7, Tab S7+, Tab S6 Lite (2020), Tab A8, and Tab A7 Lite. [1]
