Issues with updates to Rave app on my device (Non Apple)

Modified on Wed, 22 Jul at 10:00 AM

If you are using one of the devices below, you will need to upgrade your device in order to get the latest updates from Rave. You may not even be aware you are missing new updates, as your app will still function, but nothing new is being added.

Google Play Store has indicated that you must be on Android Version 14 or newer. This is not a Rave requirement but from Google.

You can still use Rave on your device; however, you will be restricted to only our older features and no new versions. If you are unable to upgrade your device we suggest using a web browser version on your phone instead.

Samsung Galaxy Devices

Samsung's older policy only guaranteed 3 years of Android updates for its premium hardware. The devices below are limited to Android 13 and nothing newer.
