Rave User - Introduction to Rave

This article explains how to log in to Rave, reset your password, and confidently navigate the Rave dashboard and menus.


The following is the recorded version of the help article outlined below.   





Logging In to Rave open the Rave website using the link provided by your manager.

  1. Enter your username (usually your email address).

  2. Enter the temporary password supplied.

  3. Click Sign In.

Important: Your initial login link is valid for 12 hours. If it expires, you will need to request a new one.



Resetting Your Password

If your password is not working or you’ve forgotten it:

  1. Click Reset Password at the bottom-right of the login screen.

  2. Enter your Rave username (email address).

  3. Open the password reset email and follow the link.

  4. Create a new password.

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 12 characters

Once complete, log in using your email address and new password.



Accessing Rave on Mobile Devices

Rave can be accessed from any internet-enabled device.

  • Smartphones and tablets are supported

  • The RAVE Build app is free to download and optimised for mobile screens



Rave Home Screen (Dashboard)

After logging in, you’ll arrive at the Rave Home Screen, also known as the dashboard.

Your dashboard layout may differ from other users. This is because dashboards are role-based.

Common Dashboard Sections

  • Sales Performance Graphs
    Displayed for sales users with sales targets.

  • My Enquiries
    Shows the clients and sales leads you are responsible for.

  • Active Projects
    Lists all active projects within your branch.



Top Navigation Menu

The top navigation menu is always visible and provides quick access to all areas of Rave.

Available tabs include:

  • Home – Return to the dashboard

  • CRM – Client and sales lead management

  • Projects – Project management

  • Financial Dashboard – Financial overview

  • Timesheets – Branch timesheets

  • Contractors & Contacts – Manage contractors and suppliers

  • Calendar – Tasks and appointments

  • Reporting – Sales, project, or financial reports (permission-based)

  • Rave Help – Learning articles, videos, and support


Rave Help & Support

The Rave Help portal contains:

  • Step-by-step learning articles

  • Short instructional videos

  • Support ticket submission

Submitting a Support Ticket

  1. Open the Rave Help portal.

  2. Click Submit a Ticket.

  3. Enter the details of your request and submit.

Support tickets are monitored by the Rave Support team and responded to as soon as possible.

For urgent support, phone 07 210 2228.

You can track ticket progress by clicking the Tickets button beside Submit a Ticket.


Profile Dropdown & Notifications

The profile dropdown is located at the top-right of the screen.

Notifications

  • Red bubble: Unread notifications

  • Light teal notifications have already been opened

  • Clicking a notification takes you directly to the relevant area in Rave

Messages

  • White bubble: Unread messages

  • Dark teal messages indicate unread messages

  • Clicking a message opens it within the related project


Profile Settings

From the profile dropdown you can:

  • Edit your profile details

  • Manage notification preferences

  • Set calendar colour preferences

  • Integrate with Outlook or Google Calendar

  • Change your password

Branch Settings

Branch Settings are permission-based and only visible to users with Branch Owner access.

  1. Open Rave Help

  2. Search for Branch Settings

  3. Select the relevant article
