I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

If you want to change your password while already logged into Rave, click to view the article on changing your Rave Password here

However, if you forgot your password, just click on Reset Password at the bottom right of the login screen https://pro.ravebuild.com/s/login

You’ll be taken to the Reset Password screen below, from here, just enter your email address which is your username and you’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If your username is NOT an email address, you will need to enter the username you were given, which will then send a password reset link to the associated email address.

If you don't receive the email within 5-10 minutes, please email help@ravebuild.co.nz and one of our team members will be able to help you out.
