CRM- Moving an enquiry from WON back to a different pipeline

Modified on Thu, 15 Jan at 4:19 PM

You can now move an enquiry from WON back to a different sales pipeline and clear the signed contract value and contract date.

The full audit history is retained, however depending on the decision to reset the values or keep them the enquiry will no longer appear in WON reporting.

From the enquiry, select the pipeline you would like to move the enquiry back to.

Either using the shortcut at the top of the screen or the dropdown on the left.

A popup will appear asking whether you would like to reset the signed contract value and date.

If you choose to reset them, these values will be removed. If you choose to keep them, the enquiry will no longer be marked as WON, but the contract date and value will remain.

Click proceed and your changes will be saved.

The Sales Pipeline view will continue to show the full history of pipeline changes, as will the Pipeline Changes report in Reporting.

However, if you choose to reset the values and remove the WON status, the Won Enquiry Report will no longer show the removed value.

Note: If an enquiry has a project and already has a signed contract date and value but is not marked as WON, then moving it to WON for the first time will not trigger the popup. However, once the enquiry has been moved to WON for the first time and you then move it from WON to another pipeline, any subsequent move back to WON where the values have been reset it will trigger the popup.

Note: When you enter a signed contract value and date on the Projects page and press Save, a popup will appear asking if you want to mark the enquiry as WON.

If you choose not to mark it as WON, the enquiry will not move to the WON pipeline, but the signed contract date and value will still be saved.
