Rave offers a range of Sales Reports to help you better manage your sales performance.  You can access these by clicking on the 'Reporting' button to the top right of your Rave screen, or the 'Sales Reporting' button from your home page's Sales Performance Dashboard.

The Salesperson - Overview Report

First up is your Overview report, which is essentially a summary of your sales activity, letting you know how you’re doing for a selected period of time. You can set a custom date range for the report via the 'From' and 'To' date fields, or select one of the handy 'Show Only' date range presets.

You'll find several key metrics reporting data based on your selected date range - these are:

  • Enquiries - the number of leads you’ve added or have been assigned to you
  • Sales - your number of signed contracts/enquiries marked as won
  • Total Signed Contract Value - The total dollar value of your signed contracts for the selected date range
  • The Sales Pipeline Stages chart - representing the place in your sales pipeline where your enquiries are sitting - it’s like a snapshot of where leads have landed for the period you’ve selected.

Note: As the sales opportunity stages chart shows new enquiries, as well as existing lead movement, the numbers in this graph might differ from the enquiry figure above

The Salesperson - My Enquiries Report

Your My Enquiries report shows you all new enquiries within a date range search. It doesn't show any pipeline changes, only where your enquiry sits within that search.

  • The top half of this report displays a breakdown of your enquiry pipeline, as well as a breakdown of priority
  • The bottom half is a table of all the information within that search, with the ability to filter by each column header i.e. client, enquiry, source of lead, sales pipeline, line of business, etc
  • You can export this data to CSV via the export button

The Won Enquiries Report

  • This report displays all Enquiries that have been marked as won within the search range regardless of if they have a project or not. If a project has been created for this enquiry we will display the project reference.
  • The bottom half is a table of all the information within that search with filters for different options like source of lead and sub source of lead
  • You can export this data to a CSV file via the Export button

The Salesperson - Pipeline Report

This report shows all enquiries that have had a sales pipeline change within the date range and when it was changed

  • The graph at the top shows the enquiries by quantity or dollar value, with colour coded pipeline stages

  • You can export this data to a CSV file via the Export button

  • A graph displaying your month-by-month forecast vs your actuals
  • And a table showing a month-by-month breakdown of your number of enquiries, their sales pipeline stage, the forecast sales amount and value vs the actual sales amount and value
