Client Email Address and User Name changes

When you update a client email address in the CRM system

  1. Their Display email and Notification email will automatically update to match

  2. If the Client has been given a Rave Log in their username will automatically update to match their new email. 

  3. The client should be able to log in with the new email immediately using their old password.

  4. An email will be automatically sent to the client that references their new username to let them know. 

Note: If the client has not been invited to Rave no email will be sent to them.

Updated by the salesperson in CRM with the email spelt correctly
