Accessing the Reporting Module
To begin:
Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.
Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:
Company
Branch
Salesperson
For this guide, we are focusing on the Company tab.
Note: Only Head Office staff or users with multiple Rave accounts will have access to Company-level reports, which combine reporting across all branches.
Navigating to CRM Reports
In the Reporting Module, click on the CRM tab (left-hand side).
You will now see a list of available CRM reports.
The Salespeople Enquiries report is the first report in this list
Using Filters and Date Ranges
At the top of the report, you’ll find:
Date Range Filter – choose a custom range or use preset options like:
Yesterday + Today
This Week
Last Week, etc.
Reset Dates – clears your filters to start a new search.
Branches - Allows you to narrow down individual branches or multiselect branches to compare.
Understanding the TOP Salespeople Report Purpose
This report ranks salespeople in your branches based on the number of enquiries sold each month, regardless of whether a project is created. It is used to:
Motivate sales teams by showcasing performance across the branches.
Analyse individual and team effectiveness.
Provide visibility into enquiry conversion efforts across the company.
Toggle View Options:
Switch between:
Number of enquiries won
Total dollar value of won enquiries
Understanding the TPIPELINE CHANGES Report Purpose
This graph displays all salespeople in your company across your branches, showing:
Total number of enquiries per salesperson
Current pipeline stage of each enquiry within the selected date range
You can filter by user and pipeline stage to focus on specific data.
Below the graph, a detailed table provides clickable links, allowing you to view the client, enquiry or if created Project information for each enquiry in specific branches.
The Branch name for each change is the first column.
You can view the data for Person, Organisation or Both using the toggle to the top of the table.
