Company Reporting - CRM - Client Search

To access the Reporting Module, click on ‘Reporting’ in the top-right corner of your Rave screen.

If you have the correct permissions, you will see one or more of the following tabs at the top-left: Company, Branch, or Salesperson.

For this report, select the Company tab.

Next, click on the CRM tab on the left-hand side to view all available CRM reports.

From here, choose Client Search.

Rave’s Client Search allows for quick and easy searching of clients across all branches you have access to. 

This is especially helpful for teams needing to locate client details without navigating through individual enquiries or projects.

Simply type into the search field to instantly find matching client records within your Branches.


For example, searching for “Jack Black” will return all clients who have “Jack black” in either their first name, last name, or organisation name.

Once results are displayed, you’ll see:

  • The matching clients to the Left organised by Branch

  • Clicking into each one youll then see:

  • The Branch they belong to 

  • The client’s information

  • Any linked enquiries

  • The status of each enquiry (active or inactive)

Clicking on the Enquiry Reference hyperlink will take you directly to that enquiry in the CRM system.
