Accessing the Reporting Module

To begin:

  1. Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.

  2. Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:

    • Company

    • Branch

    • Salesperson

For this guide, we are focusing on the Company tab.


Note: Only Head Office staff or users with multiple Rave accounts will have access to Company-level reports, which combine reporting across all branches.


Navigating to CRM Reports

  1. In the Reporting Module, click on the CRM tab (left-hand side).

  2. You will now see a list of available CRM reports.

  3. The Source of Lead report is the first report in this list.


This report displays all enquiries marked as Won within the date range selected at the top of your screen.

An enquiry does not need to have a project created to appear on this report. If a project has been created for the enquiry, the Project Reference will be shown.


If you are looking for the Won Projects Report, you can find it under the Project Reporting Tab > Won Projects.


At the top, a graph shows your current signed contract value. Over time, an average line will appear to help you track actual versus average contract values within your chosen date range.


You can filter the report by Branch, Client, Enquiry, Project, Source of Lead, Source of Lead Type, and Salesperson.

The report filters your Signed Contract Value based on the selected date range. 

Note: This date filter is not based on the date the enquiry was marked as won in our system, its the date chosen in the box, as sometimes this status is updated after the fact. 

The date range is for reporting when the enquiry actually signed.

You can also export the report data as a CSV file for further analysis or record keeping.
