Accessing the Reporting Module

To begin:

  1. Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.

  2. Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:

    • Company

    • Branch

    • Salesperson

For this guide, we are focusing on the Company tab.


Note: Only Head Office staff or users with multiple Rave accounts will have access to Company-level reports, which combine reporting across all branches.


Navigating to CRM Reports

  1. In the Reporting Module, click on the CRM tab (left-hand side).

  2. You will now see a list of available CRM reports.

  3. The New Enquiries report is the third report in this list.


This is a visual report that helps you track all new enquiries within your selected date range. It shows where each enquiry sits in the sales pipeline and its assigned priority level. This gives you a clear snapshot of the pipeline status at a specific point in time.



If you're looking to track changes in pipeline or priority within the selected date range, please use the Enquiry Pipeline Changes Report instead.


You can filter the report by:

  • Branch

  • Name Client

  • Enquiry

  • Project (if applicable)

  • Source of Lead

  • Source of Lead Type

  • Sales Pipeline

  • Sub-Sales Pipeline

  • Priority

  • Line of Business

  • Interested In

  • Salesperson

Date range filters are available at the top of the page.


Use the Export to CSV option to download the report. 

If no filters are applied, all headings and columns will be included in the CSV.

Because this is a wide report with many columns, it may be easier to review it in Excel or Google Sheets. 

To simplify your export, apply filters beforehand to limit the report to only the information you need.
