Rave Notification Preferences

At Rave, we understand how important it is for you to control the notifications you receive. That’s why we’ve redesigned our Activity Notifications to give you more flexibility and clarity.

Here's how it works:

  • By default, notifications for activities/tasks that you create, edit, or delete will be turned off — since you're already aware of those actions.
  • Notifications for activities/tasks that others create, edit, or delete that involve you will be turned on — so you stay informed when changes affect you.

You can customize these preferences at any time.

To update your notification settings:

  1. Click your profile icon (top right of the Rave page).
  2. Select Profile Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Notification Preferences section.
  4. Click on the PROJECT ACTIVTIES tab to manage your Project Activity Notification settings.
  5. Note there is a separate help article for CRM Activities here

You’ll now see a list of 18 notification options under the PROJECT ACTIVITIES tab.

You can review each option and toggle ON or OFF based on the notifications you want to receive.

Take control of your notifications — and make sure you only get alerted when it matters to you!

Those with permission to edit others Notifications will see a User Drop down box to switch between the different team/staff members to alter their notification preferences.

If you do not see the Project Activities notification options you do not have permission/access to this module in Rave.

Please note: These are external email notifications — they will be sent to your inbox outside of Rave.

All notifications come from the email address noreply@ravebuild.co.nz
