Keeping your Rave profile up to date helps ensure you receive the right notifications, can log in securely, and stay connected with your project team. Below are the steps to manage your profile.


Viewing Your Profile

  • Log in to Rave.

  • Click on your initials (top right corner of the screen - teal circle)

  • Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
    Here you can view your personal details, contact information, and account settings.

Updating Notification Preferences

  • In your Profile, scroll down to the Notification Preferences section.

  • Choose how you’d like to be notified, via email, internal notification or both

  • Select which updates you’d like to receive in Projects, CRM and Checklists

  • Rave will save your choices automatically



 Changing Your Password

  1. Go to your Profile page.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password, then your new password.

    • Tip: Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols.

  4. Click Change Password



Viewing Notifications

  1. Click your profile 

  2. Here you’ll see updates such as schedule changes, file uploads and checklist notifcations

  3. Click on a notification to view the full details.

You can comment and add an attachment and submit to communicate back to the Project Manager on your Project


5. Viewing Messages

  1. Click on the Message

  2. This will take you to the full Message showing comments and any attachments
