Exporting Data from Rave CRM

We understand that your client databases can take years to build and are a valuable asset. 

To help you keep your data secure, we've added an Export permission feature in Rave CRM.

By default, Branch Owners have the ability to export data. 

However, this permission can be extended to other users as needed.


How to Manage Export Permissions

  1. From the profile dropdown, select "Branch Settings" then "Manage Users."

  2. Choose the user whose permissions you want to update, Select Edit then select Groups & Permissions.

  3. Under the CRM section, locate "CRM Export/Template."


Permission Levels Explained

  • Unchecked (No Access): The user cannot export data from the CRM Leads & Clients page.

  • Checked with View Only: The user can apply existing export templates and export data using those templates.

  • Checked with Edit: The user can create and edit export templates, and export data freely.

These controls ensure you have the flexibility to manage who can access and export your valuable client data, while maintaining the highest levels of security and control.
