Source of Lead Report Overview

The Source of Lead report provides a visual breakdown of where your leads originate. This is a valuable tool for business owners and sales teams to evaluate marketing efforts and adjust strategies for better results.

Using the Report

Date Range Filter

At the top of the page, you can select either a custom date range or a pre-set option such as Yesterday + Today, This Week, Last Week, etc.

Use the Reset Dates button to clear your filters and start fresh.

Circle Graph: New Enquiries by Source of Lead

The report is displayed as a color-coded circle graph, making it easy to visually identify where your leads are coming from.

Clicking on a section of the graph will reveal sub-source types, allowing you to drill down into more specific categories. This feature helps you determine which marketing channels are performing best.

Example:
of the 151 new Enquiries. Print Media shows 12 enquiries this month. Clicking into it reveals that 3 new leads each came from Magazines, Newspaper, Flyers and None as the sub source of lead.

Data Export: New Enquiries by Source of Lead

The second part of the report allows you to export data to a CSV file.

If no filters are applied, all columns displayed on the screen will be included in the export.

You can filter the data by:

  • Client Name

  • Enquiry Name

  • Project Name

  • Salesperson

  • Source of Lead

  • Source of Lead Type

The data exported will always align with the date range selected at the top of the screen.
