A handy feature of Rave’s CRM portal is the Audit Log functionality. This provides you with a comprehensive history of a Client's or an Enquiry's journey in Rave, and is only available to branch office staff with permission. The Audit Log feature helps to provide clarity and certainty on CRM actions – and may help to settle minor disputes internally.
Client Audit
The Client Audit screen provides key word searching by action/change helps you to locate what you need quickly. You can also filter by the client's name, by an action, or by a user. The resulting Client Audit list contains several details - from left to right these are:
- The Client name
- The Action taken
- Details of the action made
- The User who performed the action
- And the date and time When the action occurred
At the bottom of the screen you can change the entries shown per page and/or click to the next page.
Enquiry Audit
The Enquiry Audit also features a keyword search that helps you quickly locate what you need.
From left to right, on the Enquiry audit it shows the enquiry reference, the clients name, details of the action that was taken, the type of action made, who performed the action, and the date and time it occurred.
Note: We will be adding more audit entry types over the coming weeks.
