Once you have checked over your contact details and changed your temporary password, you can then load any documentation that you would like to add in, or that your building company has asked for.
We do this by clicking the Menu drop down which is a circle with your initials inside
Going to Profile Settings and selecting Profile
Then click on the ‘Contractor Files’ sub-tab.
Here you will find two sections.
The top section is "Shared Uploaded Files" that you can load into ALL Branches you have access to now and in the future.
Click on Upload File, you will then need to attac the document by either dragging and dropping into the File Input box or clicking the File Input box and uploading the document.
You then choose the category that the document belongs to and if applicable when the document Expires.
This will then upload that document to all Branches you have access to in bulk.
The next section/s are to load specific files between you and individual Branches you have access to.
You can follow the same upload process here but it will be between you and that Branch only.
The branch name is at the top left of each box. In this example the branch (budling company) is called RAVE BUILD ACCEPTANCE.
Files you have uploaded yourself will show an uploaded by ME icon and will have an editable pencil icon allowing you to change the category and update the expiry. There is also the option to click the 3 dot menu to view the document, download it onto your computer/device or delete the document.
Some Branches (Building Companies) will have customised Category Names for certain documents that they want you to use. If this is the case you need to load the document into the specific Branch only as it wont show under the SHARED UPLOADED FILES section at the top.
Once you have loaded the File, Selected the Category and chosen the Expiry Date you will see all your files like the box above. Note any documents that have expired will show in RED as a warning you need to update those ones.
Rave will send an email notification to you 1 month before and then 1 day before any documents are due to expire.
An example of this email is below.
We have broken down the email into Shared Uploaded Files and Branch Specific Uploaded Files.
