The Charge-Up Report Sub-Tab

Your building partner might give you access to the charge-up sub-tab.  

This is simply a reflection of your charge-up contract agreement or a break down of your client estimate vs invoices.

We show a summary at the top of project value, invoiced to date, balance and Cost to complete.

The bottom table is broken down by category/sub category. It provides a very clear list of what is expected to be invoiced, what has been invoiced, the balance to be invoiced and the current cost to complete.  

The report can be exported to PDF or a CSV file with or without notes.

This page will display figures excluding GST by default, though you can update this via the 'Show GST Inclusive' toggle.






Invoices Sub-Tab


You may also be given access to the invoices on screen.  This displays a list of all invoices generated, and also lists what has been paid and is still to be paid. The printer icon to the top right allows you to print an invoice statement with/without a transaction history.  Each invoice can be printed via the 3-dot action dropdown to the right of each line.
