You can set your Sales Forecast, by Salesperson, with the required permissions.

To Set Your Salesperson Forecast

From your profile drop-down, scroll down to Branch Settings, and select CRM.  Then, on the settings screen, select the CRM Forecast sub-tab.

The data that you input on this page controls the data that the Custom Forecast Reports display.  This data also populates through to the dashboard of any salespeople for whom you create a forecast.

From this screen, you can add a year to populate by clicking on the '+ Year' button, and then the year you want to set your KPI's for.

Once the year is set, find the new year ending section, select a Salesperson (User) and start populating the Units (how many Enquiries you expect to be sold) and a Turnover per Unit amount for each month of the year.  Once you have completed all the necessary information, press Save to continue.

When you have completed all of your salespeople's forecasts, you can click the Year Ending padlock icon to lock the forecast down - this locked state will prevent the forecast from being edited. There is a specific permission that needs to be turned on to allow people to unlock the forecast and make edits.

Transferring, Editing or Deleting a Sales Forecast

If one of your salespeople leaves and you need to transfer all or part of their forecast to a new person, you can use the blue Transfer/Merge icon to complete a transfer.

If you do choose to transfer a forecast to another salesperson, clicking on the transfer icon will create monthly checkboxes that must be ticked for each month you want to transfer.  You then select the salesperson you want to transfer the KPI's to, and click Proceed to finalise.

You can also choose to edit or delete a salesperson's forecast when it's unlocked.
