Accessing the Reporting Module
To begin:
Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.
Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:
Company
Branch
Salesperson
For this guide, we are focusing on the Branch tab.
Navigating to CRM Reports
In the Reporting Module, click on the CRM tab (left-hand side).
You will now see a list of available CRM reports.
The Forecast report is the one you need for this guide
At the top of the Forecasted Sales report, you'll find the date range filter. You can set a custom "From" and "To" range, or use the Show Only dropdown to select a preset range (such as "This Month", "Next Month", etc.).
This report displays forecasted sales values based on:
The expected close date of the enquiry
The estimated budget amount entered
These values are pulled only for enquiries within the selected date range.
The graph at the top of the page shows the total value of sales you expect to close during that range.
If your range includes multiple months or years, the report will break these values down for you by time period.
Below the graph is the Company Forecast section.
This displays a list of your Branches and their forecasted enquiries, excluding any that are marked as lost or archived.
You can click on a Branch name and it will direct you to the Branch report where you can view this list broken down by

Enquiry
Project
Salesperson
Pipeline
Expected Close Date
Budget
