Accessing the Reporting Module
To begin:
Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.
Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:
Company

For this guide, we are focusing on the Branch tab.
Navigating to PROJECT Reports
In the Reporting Module, click on the PROJECT tab (left-hand side).
You will now see a list of available PROJECT reports.
The Enquiry Pipeline Changes report is the one you need for this guide.
The Project Pipeline Change Report allows you to track how enquiries linked to projects move through your sales pipelines, providing visibility into:
Sales performance
Pipeline bottlenecks
Progression of leads across stages
This report is useful for sales manager, project managers, and business owners wanting a high-level view of project enquiry Pipeline flow.
Unlike the Enquiry Pipeline Changes this report also has the Project Address, Project Type and Sub type as well as number of levels and number of Units as this is a project based version.
Person vs Organisation Pipelines
If you use different pipelines for Person and Organisation types:
Use the toggle in the top-right corner of the report to switch between views.
If your sales pipeline is the same for both:
Choose “Both” to view all data together.
You can also:
Hide Lost/Closed leads using the checkbox
Export the data as a CSV file for easier reading and further analysis
Filtering/Search Options
As with other CRM reports, you can apply filters or search to tailor the data:
Date range (custom or preset)
Client Name (Search)
Project Reference (Search)
Salesperson
Pipeline Stage
These filters make it easy to focus on specific time periods or Pipelines
Working with the Report
This report contains a large number of columns and detailed data, including:
Client details
Pipeline stage
Movement timestamps
Assigned salesperson
Tip: Due to its width, this report is often easier to review when downloaded as a CSV and open in a spreadsheet tool like Excel or Google Sheets.
