Activites

The first tab visible when logging into your Rave client portal is the Activities Tab.  This lists any Activities that have been created for you by your building company, for any enquiries you've been given access to.

You can toggle between 'Upcoming Activities' only or view all activities.  There are also filters available to search for a particular type of activity or event, enquiry status, or salesperson - there may be different salespeople assigned to different enquiries under your name.


Each line in your activity list will provide you:

  • What the Activity is
  • Any Notes
  • The Type of activity, and When it is due
  • The Location (or meeting link) - the Location is a clickable link that will take you to Google Maps. If this is an online meeting, then the meeting link will show in the space if added
  • Who Organised the activity, and any Participants - and if they have accepted, declined, or are still awaiting confirmation for the activity
  • What Enquiry this activity is for 
  • And the Salesperson who has been assigned to this particular enquiry
  • Clicking on the calendar icon at the end of the activity opens the activity for more detail





Enquiries


The Enquiries tab will list all the enquiries you have been given access to by your building company.  Again, there are search filters to filter your enquiries if you have a lot assigned to you.  


Your name, contact details, and assigned salesperson will be displayed here, along with the enquiry reference number - which is a clickable link to access more of the enquiries details.  The 3 person icon, if displayed provides access to any Secondary Clients that have been added to this enquiry.
