Activites

The Activities Tab lists any Activities your building company has created for you. 

You can toggle upcoming only on or off in the top right of the screen.  

There are also search and filters available to search for a particular type of activity or event, enquiry status, or Salesperson or Project Manager, as well as a date range box. 

Note: you may have more than one salesperson or project manager depending on the number of projects you have. .


Each line in your activity list will provide you:

  • The Activity Name
  • Specific Notes about the activity
  • The Type of activity, and when it is due
  • The Location (or meeting link) - the Location is a clickable link that will take you to Google Maps. If this is an online meeting, then the meeting link will show in the space if added
  • Who organised the activity, and any Participants - and if they have accepted, declined, or are still awaiting confirmation for the activity. Accepted is a green tick, awaiting is an hourglass and declined is a red x
  • Next, you will see either the Project information, which has the spanner and screw driver icon OR the enquiry information, which has the paper with a fold in the top right corner. 
  • Finally, the Project Manager if assigned and a project is present, and/or the Salesperson who has been assigned to this particular enquiry
  • Clicking on the calendar icon at the end of the activity opens the activity for more details
