When sending purchase orders to Suppliers there can be instances where your Legal Name with the companies office and your Trading As name are not the same as your account name with your suppliers.
To help navigate this we have created a supplier short code option under the Supplier Profile.
When used this code will display on the purchase order you send to your supplier alongside your Rave Company Name.
In our example Below our Business Name is "Rave Build Acceptance".
Our supplier is Speedy Signs and their short code or account name for our business is SS-2025-01
When we send Speedy Signs Purchase Orders from our business they will display both our company name in Rave and the short code together.
