Purchase Order Supplier Short Codes

When sending purchase orders to Suppliers there can be instances where your Legal name with the companies office, and your Trading As name, are different from your account name or code with your supplier.

To help you navigate this, we have created a supplier short code option under the Supplier Profile.

When used, this code will display on the purchase order you send to your supplier alongside your Rave Company name.

In the example below, our Business Name is 'Rave Build Acceptance'.   Our supplier is BB8 Electrical, and their short code or account name for our business is BB8-2024-37.

When we send BB8 Electrical a Purchase Order from Rave, the purchase order will display both our company name (as loaded in Rave) and the short code together.
