RAVE’s home page/dashboard is designed to help you quickly navigate to the key areas you need to access, and highlight important actions to do.
This contractor article takes you through the various sections of RAVE's home page via RAVE's desktop portal - RAVE's FREE to download RAVEBUILD app has similar functionality, but with a slightly different layout optimised for smaller smartphone screens.
After you've logged into RAVE, your main navigation buttons sit up to the right of the home page.
- The Home button brings you back to this home page/dashboard
- The Projects button is where you can view all of the different projects (across all of your building companies) that you've been given access to
- The Financial button is where you can view, submit and manage your quote requests (If you dont have this button its not something the builder uses)
- The Calendar provides a monthly snapshot of all tasks that have been allocated to you
- And the RAVE Help button is where you’ll access the Contractor FAQ guides
Dashboards are being worked on at present (September 2025) you may find you only have Schedule tasks present at the moment as well as Project Quote Requests if you have Financial Permissions.
Your Profile dropdown button
Your profile dropdown button, to the top right of the screen provides a list of available actions.
Firstly, the number in the red bubble to the left of your profile dropdown is your unread notifications.
The number in the white bubble to the right is your unread messages.
Further down, you have your profile settings.
- Profile - this allows you to edit your profile, Manage your Notification Preferences, Upload and Manage your Contractor Files and Change your password.
You will then have your branch settings.
- Settings - Here you can add/edit your GST Number
- Upload your logo
- With permission Add your own product inventory to quote your jobs
