The Projects tab is home to the project management and project admin side of Rave. It lists all of your projects with the ability to apply filters and export your project list. It includes clickable links to each project's client profile, enquiry, and project details.
The Projects List
The Projects list displays many columns, from left to right, we have:
- The Client name - which acts as a shortcut link to the client's profile
- The Enquiry reference - which acts as a shortcut link to open the Enquiry
- The Project reference - which also acts as a shortcut link to open the Project
- A 'Pin' icon - if you have pinned your project to the top of your project list
- The Date the Project was created
- The Project Manager's name
- The Project Site Address if loaded
- The Quantity Surveyor if allocated
- The Project Stage
- The Project Status i.e. Pending, Active, Maintenance and Closed
Note: Updating details in the project list is done by editing each project via their Project Overview screen
Project Filters
The Project's screen features several search and filtering tools, enabling you to display a specific range of projects
- The Search field allows you to search, and filter, by Project, Client name or Project address
- You can also filter your list by Project Manager, Project Stage, Project Status, and Project type
Clicking on your Project's link takes you to your project's Overview page where you can edit the project details, access scheduling and other project tabs of your job.
