Branch Reporting - Financial - Purchase Orders

Accessing the Reporting Module

To begin:

  1. Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.

  2. Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:

    • Company

    • Branch

    • Salesperson

For this guide, we are focusing on the Branch tab.


Navigating to FINANCIAL Reports

  1. In the Reporting Module, click on the Financial tab (left-hand side).

  2. You will now see a list of available Financial reports.

  3. The Purchase Orders report is the one you need for this guide


The Purchase Order Report provides detailed insights into all Purchase Orders (POs) within a selected date range. This report is designed to help your team track and manage the status of POs across your branch efficiently.


Filter & Search Options:

You can refine your report by applying filters for:

  • Branch Name

  • Project

  • Contract Name

  • Site Address

  • Supplier

  • Purchase Order Reference

  • Requested Date

  • Status

  • Whether the PO has been sent

  • Whether a bill is associated with the PO

  • Total Amount EXCL GST and INCL GST

Additional Features:

  • Print or Export: Easily print the report or export the data to a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.


This report is a valuable tool for maintaining visibility over your procurement processes and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding or unbilled orders.

 


Tip: Due to its width, this report is often easier to review when downloaded as a CSV and opened in a spreadsheet tool like Excel or Google Sheets.
