Rave's CRM Notes tab is where we group and display all Branch Lead/Client and Enquiry notes for your entire business.  It is also a great way to view, add, export or print all notes with filters for certain keywords, client names, enquiry references or dates.

Note: Lead/Client and Enquiry Notes are internal only, so anything written here is visible to your branch staff only.  Clients do NOT see these notes.

Branch Lead/Client Notes


Once you have clicked on the CRM Notes | Lead/Client Notes tab, you can add a new Lead/Client note by clicking the '+ Note' button. This will open an 'Add Note to lead/client' pop-up menu asking you to select which lead/client you want to add the note for, with a field to type that in.  Once you have completed your note, you can attach a file and/or just press Save to add it.

  • You can search and filter your notes by note content, the client name, or the date the note was created.
  • With editing permission, you can also 
    - Add attachments to existing notes via the paperclip icon
    - Edit an existing note with the pencil edit icon
    - Delete an existing note with the red trash can/delete icon
  • You can view existing attachments by clicking on the name of the attachment under a note
  • Clicking on the blue Client name link will take you to that client's profile 
  • You can export your notes to a CSV or print your notes as a PDF document 


Furthermore

  • The Client's drop-down menu will show all of the clients in your branch that are available for you to add a new note to
  • The pink Company Client icon indicates that this client belongs to your head/support office
  • The purple organisation icon indicates this client is not a single person but an organisation i.e. a school, trust, etc





Client Profile Notes

You can also add client notes via each client's profile.  Clicking on the CRM button, searching for your client via your Leads & Clients search, then clicking on their blue Client Name link.  This will open their client profile where you can also add your client note.  Adding a note here will also appear on the CRM Branch Notes page.





Branch Enquiry Notes


Once you have clicked on the CRM Notes | Enquiry Notes tab, you can add a new Branch Enquiry note by clicking the '+ Note' button. This will open an 'Add Note to enquiry' pop-up menu asking you to select which enquiry you want to add the note for, with a field to type that in.  Once you have completed your note, you can attach a file and/or just press Save to add it.

  • You can search and filter your notes by note content, the enquiry reference, sales person, or the date the note was created.

You can also add enquiry notes via each client's enquiry.  Clicking on the CRM button, searching for your client enquiry via your Leads & Clients search, then clicking on their blue Enquiry reference link.  This will open their enquiry, where you can also add your enquiry note.  Adding a note here will also appear on the CRM Branch Enquiry Notes page.
