Rave's CRM Notes tab is where we group and display all Branch Client and Enquiry notes for your entire business. It is also a great way to view, add, export or print all notes with filters for certain keywords, client names, enquiry references or dates.
Note: Lead/Client and Enquiry Notes are internal only, so anything written here is visible to your branch staff only. Clients do NOT see these notes.
Branch CRM Notes
Click on the CRM tab then select Notes, here you can choose either the Lead/Client Notes tab or the Enquiry Notes tab. Click the '+ Note' button. This will open an 'Add Note menu asking you to select which lead/client or enquiry you want to add the note for.
Select the relevant information, type in your note, select your tag/s if required and add any attachments.
Once you are finished Select Save and your note will appear in the list.

Searching and Filtering Notes
You can search and filter notes by:
Note content
Client name on Lead/Client Notes
Enquiry Name on Enquiry Notes
Sales People on enquiry Notes only
Date created
Tag/s
- The Lead/Client's drop-down menu will show all of the clients in your branch that are available for you to add a new note to
- The pink Company Client icon indicates that this client belongs to your head/support office
- The purple organisation icon indicates this client is not a single person but an organisation i.e. a school, trust, etc
Client Profile Notes
You can also add notes directly from an individual client’s profile.
Click on CRM.
Use the Leads & Clients search to find your client.
Click on the client’s blue Client Name link.
This will open the Client Profile.
Add your client note within the profile.
Any note added from the Client Profile will also appear on the CRM Branch Notes page, ensuring all notes remain visible and accessible at branch level.

Adding Enquiry Notes via an Enquiry
You can also add notes directly from an individual client’s enquiry.
- Click on CRM.
- Use the Leads & Clients search to locate the relevant enquiry.
- Click on the blue Enquiry Reference link.
- This will open the Enquiry record.
- Add your Enquiry Note within the enquiry.
Any note added from the Enquiry record will also appear on the CRM Branch Enquiry Notes page, ensuring all enquiry notes remain visible and accessible at branch level.

Previewing Attachments
If you have loaded an image file you can click on the file name to preview the file in rave. Once you have previewed you can click the 3 dots to download or with permission delete the attachment.
If the attachment is a PDF, Excel, Word or other file type that does not support preview you will be able to choose to download only.
