To access the Reporting Module, click on 'Reporting' at the top right of your screen.
With permission you will see either Company, Branch or Salesperson tabs to the top left.
We are looking for Branch reporting for this report.
Click on the CRM tab to the left and you will see all of the CRM reports you have access to
The Salespeople Enquiries report gives you insite into the Enquiries sold per Salesperson by Enquiry number or by Enquiry value. The information is populated by the filter selections at the top of your screen
This report offers insights into individual sales performance and revenue potential.
If you hover over a salesperson coloured bar a pop -up will appear showing a breakdown of the colours the bar represents.
The Top Salespeople report ranks the salespeople by enquiries sold each month. You don't need to have had the enquiry turn into a project at this point, its just the enquiry marked as Won. You can toggle between amount of enquiries won or by highest $ value of won enquiries.
It is important to add that these reports are only as good as the salesperson entering the correct information when creating an Enquiry and having their information up to date at the time that these reports are being run.
Rave will highlight with a clickable link which Enquires have been sold. If you click on the link a list will pop-up with the Enquires that are linked to that number.
Here you can click directly on the Enquiry number, client name or project reference - if there is no project reference, it will be noted that no Project has been created yet.
Same as above, the clickable links will take you to the Enquires that make up that $ amount
