To begin:
Click on ‘Reporting’ at the top-right of your Rave screen.
Depending on your permission level, you will see tabs for:

For this guide, we are focusing on the Branch tab.
Navigating to CRM Reports
In the Reporting Module, click on the CRM tab (left-hand side).
You will now see a list of available CRM reports.
The Salespeople Enquiries report is the one you need for this guide.
The Salespeople Enquiries report provides insight into the number and value of enquiries sold by each salesperson.
You can view the data either by enquiry count or enquiry value.
The information displayed is based on the filter selections at the top of your screen.
This report helps track individual sales performance and highlights potential revenue.
Key Features
Interactive Bar Chart:
Hover over a salesperson’s coloured bar to view a pop-up breakdown of what each colour represents.
Top Salespeople Report:
Ranks salespeople by the number of enquiries sold each month.
Note: An enquiry does not need to have turned into a project — it simply needs to be marked as Won.
Toggle View Options:
Switch between:Number of enquiries won
Total dollar value of won enquiries
Clickable Links:
Rave highlights sold enquiries as clickable links. Clicking on one opens a list of the related enquiries.
From there, you can click directly on:Enquiry number
Client name
Project reference (if a project exists)
If no project has been created, this will be noted.
Important Note
These reports rely on salespeople entering accurate and up-to-date information when creating and managing enquiries. The quality of the report data is directly tied to the accuracy of this input.
Here you can click directly on the Enquiry number, client name or project reference - if there is no project reference, it will be noted that no Project has been created yet.
Same as above, the clickable links will take you to the Enquires that make up that $ amount
