Rave's CRM Activities page is here to help you ensure you are always on top of client communication - You wont miss a single sale for the simple mistake of forgetting to make a follow up to your clients. With that in mind, we have two Activity sub-tabs - the Activities report, and the Enquiries without Future Activities report.
The Activities Report
The CRM Activities | Activities report allows you to quickly scan and sense check your activities i.e. if a client is set to get finance in 6 months' time, maybe you should move your follow-up activity call from 6 months to 4 months - to keep yourself top of their mind.
Clicking on the CRM Activities | Activities sub-tab displays information for all of your branch's enquiries' Activities created in Rave. You have a number of toggles and filters to refine your Activities list:
- The 'Upcoming' and 'My Activities Only' toggles allow you to hide past activities and display your activities only
- You can Export or Print the displayed activities list
- You can keyword search for specific activities, notes, and enquiry descriptions, and filter the activity list by event types | participants | statuses | Salespeople
Note: We show the next activity first and the one furthest into the future at the bottom. This is to ensure you don't miss anything relevant now. You can always click and update the activity or mark it as complete if you wish to from this page.
The resulting activity list displays each activities':
- Description and any Notes that have been entered for the Activity
- The Activity Type Meeting, Task etc...
- The day and time and location
- If an address has been loaded, you can click on the link to open Google Maps for the location and directions
- If a meeting link has been added, Rave will display the meeting link for you to click on - The Organiser and Participants - the Participants' acceptance status may also display with the following icons
- A green tick icon - accepted
- An orange question mark - maybe
- A black hourglass icon - awaiting confirmation
- A red cross icon - declined - The Primary Client - a clickable link to open the client profile
- The Enquiry reference - a clickable link to open the enquiry and add or manage activities

The All Enquiries without Future Activities Report
One of your most important sales reports in Rave is the Enquiries without Future Activities report. Clicking on the CRM Activities / All Enquiries without Future Activities report shows any enquiries without a follow-up i.e. are you at risk of losing a sale simply because you forgot to follow up with your client enquiry?
Tip: Click on the caldendar icon be side the enquiry reference to immediately add an activity!
You can
- Export or Print your displayed enquiries without an activity list
- Keyword search for specific enquiries and client names, and filter the report by created date | Pipeline stage | Priority | Status | Salespeople | Last activity date.
Note: The Enquiry Created Date & Last Activity Date give you the flexibility of customising your date range.
The resulting list displays each client's:
- Name and Contact email and phone number - all clickable links
- The Salesperson's initials - hovering over this will display the salesperson's name
- The Enquiry reference - a clickable link to open the enquiry
- The Calendar Icon - a clickable link to quickly add an activity
- The 3 people Icon - this will display if you have secondary clients loaded against the Enquiry
- The sales Pipeline Stage and Priority
- The Enquiry Created and Expected Close Dates - if loaded
- And the Last Activity Date
For example, if you filtered your pipeline stage by Presentation Scheduled |Qualified to Buy | Decision Maker brought in, and your priority by Pricing/Negotiation | Actively Engaged - you could consider why there are no activities scheduled for these enquiries. These are pretty important enquiries, which should all have a follow-up activity. Likewise, with the expected close date field, you would expect a date to be entered under each enquiry.
So, again, the CRM Activities | All Enquiries without Future Activities report is a great overview to use to ensure that no Enquiry is being missed.
As a sales person or New Home Consultant, you will see my Enquiries Only; you will not have access to see all other salesperson enquiry Activities.
