Company client profiles are managed by your head office i.e. if you are part of a franchise or multi-branch group this is the entity that sits above you.  When your head office adds a company client to Rave, this client becomes available for all franchises/branches to select.  


How to Load a Company Client at a Branch Level


The process of loading a Company Client, to then add an enquiry at a Branch level, begins in the same way as adding a new client - going to your CRM Leads & Clients page, and clicking on the '+ Lead/Client' button to the top right of your screen. This will open the Create New Lead/Client screen.


Clicking the 'Load Company Client' check box will open a Company Client dropdown field, allowing you to select from your group's current list of company clients. Company client organisations will display the organisation icon, while company client people will not. Selecting an option here will populate all the Company client's profile details.

Note: A branch/franchise cannot change any of the contact details for a company client; these changes are made at the head office level. You do have the ability to select their Line of Business and tick the 'Opt into email marketing for local communications' box.   


If the company client is already a client with an enquiry in your Branch, a blue 'Existing clients found' with a 'VIEW' button will appear. Clicking on the view button will open their existing client profile in your branch, listing any enquiries already created.
