Who Manages Company Clients?
Company client profiles are managed by Head Office Users
If you are part of a franchise or multi-branch group, Head Office refers to the central entity above your branch.When a Company Client is added to Rave by a Head Office user, that client becomes available to all branches in your group.
Branch-Level Access and Actions
As a branch user, you have limited control over Company Clients.
Here's what you can and cannot do:
What You Can Do:
Select and Load Company Clients
You can load a Company Client profile created by Head Office into your branch’s CRM
You can invite the Company Client to join Rave from your branch.
During the invite process, you can select which permissions they should have (e.g., what they can see or do).
What You Cannot Do:
You cannot manage or edit the Company Client’s profile information.
You cannot send a password reset link to the client.
These features must be handled by a Head Office user.
How to Load a Company Client at a Branch Level
Follow these steps to load a Company Client into your branch's CRM and create an enquiry.
Go to the CRM section in Rave and Click on Leads & Clients from the menu.
Click the ‘+ Lead/Client’ button at the top right of the screen. This will open the Create New Lead/Client form.
- Tick the ‘Load Company Client’ checkbox. A Company Client dropdown field will appear.
- From the dropdown, select the appropriate Company Client:
- Company organisations will show an organisation icon.
- Individual contacts will appear without an icon.
- Once selected, the client’s profile information will be automatically populated based on the Head Office record.
- A blue ‘Existing clients found’ message will appear.
Click the ‘VIEW’ button to open the existing client profile and see any current enquiries or
Select the NEXT - Add An Enquiry button to create your new enquiry for this Contact.
- (Optional) Tick Opt into email marketing for local communications.
