Project Activities

Modified on Mon, 20 Oct at 8:50 AM

The Projects Activities page in Rave is designed to help users stay organised and proactive by tracking project-related meetings, tasks, and follow-ups that fall outside the standard schedule tasks. It ensures that no important activity is overlooked, promoting accountability and smooth project progression.

The Project Activities List Page

The Projects Activities List Page provides a clear overview of key project-related actions, allowing you to quickly scan and sense-check upcoming and past activities. Whether it’s a site meeting to kick off a project, a client meeting to discuss variations, or a contractor follow-up, this report ensures you stay on top of all essential project interactions.

Click on the Projects Tab and then select Activities.

This displays information for all of your branch's Project Activities created in Rave.

You have a number of toggles and filters to refine your Activities list:

  • The 'Upcoming' and 'My Activities Only' toggles allow you to hide past activities and display your activities only
  • You can Export or Print the displayed activities list
  • You can keyword search for specific activities, notes, and project references, and filter the activity list by event types | participants | statuses | Project Manager
  • Activities are displayed in order of urgency, with the next scheduled activity shown at the top and those further in the future listed below. This layout ensures you focus on what’s most relevant now.
  • From this page, you can also click into any activity to update details or mark it as complete.

The resulting activity list displays each activities':

  • Description and any Notes that have been entered for the Activity

To help keep track of Participants we have added colour coding to easily identify each user Group.
