Adding a new Company Client is done via the Company Tab. Those with Head Office Staff permissions can access the Company Tab by clicking on their Company button in the top right corner of any Rave screen. Clicking here opens the Company screens, and you can then click on the Clients tab. This is where you can add and manage all of your Company Clients and view all enquiries linked to them.
These Company Clients can be loaded into any of your branches; however, the profiles cannot be edited anywhere but in this Company - Clients screen.

Adding a Company Lead/Client
Clicking on the '+ Company Client' button opens the Create Company Client screen. From here, click the client type of person or organisation, and essentially, you're just filling in as many fields as you can. You need to complete all of the mandatory fields i.e. contact first and last name for an individual, or an organisation name for an entity. If you don't have all the information to hand, no worries, complete the details that you do have, as you can always return later to edit your client's profile. Press the Create Client button once you're done to complete.
Note: No enquiries are created at this Company Client level.
Once you have created a Company Client you can then view all of their basic information on the Company Client's List Page. Clicking on the blue client name link from here will open the Company Client profile.
- From this screen, you can select the pencil Edit icon to update the client information
Note: This will update across all your branches that have loaded an enquiry for this client - To the right, you will see all of the enquiries that this client is linked to. We order these by Branch and then in order of Enquiries
- If you are not logged into the branch that this enquiry is for, you will see a 'Switch to Branch' button to the top right of the Branch Name. Clicking on this will log you into that branch. You can then click the enquiry reference link to view the enquiry at a branch level.
- If your company client is the secondary contact on a Branch Enquiry, we will show the below icon with the hover over indicating they are the secondary contact only.
Note: Primary contacts have no icons beside their Enquiry Reference
