Progress Payment Settlement Statements

Once items have been added to the Progress Payments page of your project and you have begun invoicing you can download Settlement Statements for your clients.

How to Download a Settlement Statement

  1. Open the relevant project.

  2. Click on the Progress Payments subtab.

  3. In the top-right corner of the screen, click the green printer icon.

  4. A modal will appear prompting you to choose the type of statement you’d like to print.

Available Statement Types

  • Contract Total Statement

  • Total Project Statement

  • Variation Statement

You’ll also have the option to include or exclude transaction history before generating the statement.


How invoice descriptions appear on this settlement statement 

  • The description is pulled from the invoiceable description.


    Contract Total Statement

This will print the Deposit, Other and Payment Schedule items

This will total up the contract price show the total paid and the show the balance of contract on the bottom.


Total Project Statement

This will print the Non Contract, Deposit, Other, Payment Schedule, and Variation items.

This will total up the Project Price and show the total paid and the show the balance of Project on the bottom.


Variation Statement

This will print the  Variation items.

This will total up the Variation total Price and show the total paid and the show the balance of Project on the bottom.


Note: If you choose to select to include the payment table at the bottom this will show all invoices with the payment dates and amounts paid not just those for the specific statement type.
