RAVE has the ability to link to MailChimp - meaning that your existing client database will be copied over to MailChimp, and any new clients added to RAVE will also be copied to our Mailchimp account each day.  This is available via RAVE's optional Mailchimp integration module.  

Please note: If you ever disconnect, then reconnect MailChimp, no data should be lost in this process, any new clients loaded into RAVE during this period (from the disconnection through to your reconnection) will be loaded once you have reconnected.


Once you have upgraded to the MailChimp add-on, the steps to connect RAVE to Mailchimp are:
  1. Click on your 'Clients' button - at the top right of your screen
  2. Then click on the 'Mailchimp' sub-tab - the last sub-tab to the left of your screen

    You should see the icon to show that RAVE is 'Not Connected' to MailChimp

     

  3. Click on the 'Connect to MailChimp button

    This will take you to the RAVE-MailChimp integration page where you can log back into MailChimp - to reconnect RAVE to your MailChimp account.
