Those with permissions, have the ability to easily manage (add, edit, and delete) your branches timesheet time tags.
To add/edit or delete a timesheet time tag:
- Firstly, access your branch 'Settings' screen via your profile dropdown - your name in black and white to the top right of RAVE
- Then click on the ‘Timesheet’ sub-tab over to the top middle (left) of the screen
This will open the Timesheets Tags screen, where you can:
- Edit the Max Edit Days - dictates how long a team member has to update their timesheet entry once loaded
- Edit/Add/Delete an existing timesheet tag entry
- Choose whether to turn on the 'Include Breaks When Converting a Timesheet to a Bill' option for the branch - You can update your timesheet tags by editing the lines within the Tags field
- Once you're done, click the ‘Save’ button to update your timesheet tag changes
Your timesheet tag updates will be made in real-time, allowing you and your staff to use these straight away.
