Those with permissions, have the ability to easily manage (add, edit, and delete) your branches timesheet time tags. 


To add/edit or delete a timesheet time tag:

  1. Firstly, access your branch 'Settings' screen via your profile dropdown - your name in black and white to the top right of RAVE

  2. Then click on the ‘Timesheet’ sub-tab over to the top middle (left) of the screen

    This will open the Timesheets Tags screen, where you can:

    - Edit the Max Edit Days - dictates how long a team member has to update their timesheet entry once loaded
    - Edit/Add/Delete an existing timesheet tag entry
    - Choose whether to turn on the 'Include Breaks When Converting a Timesheet to a Bill' option for the branch

  3. You can update your timesheet tags by editing the lines within the Tags field

  4. Once you're done, click the ‘Save’ button to update your timesheet tag changes

    Your timesheet tag updates will be made in real-time, allowing you and your staff to use these straight away.
