If someone has accidentally suspended a team member, those with branch owner access can unsuspend a staff member's account really easily. 



To unsuspend a staff user:

Step 1


Head over to your profile dropdown (your name in black & white) to the top right of the screen.  Click on your name, and click on the 'Set Permission' option.




Step 2


You will be navigated to the 'Staff Users' page.  To display your suspended user's list, click on the 'Show Suspended Staff Persons' button to the upper right of the screen.




Step 3


This will display the 'Suspended Staff Users' page.  To unsuspend a suspended user, simply find the user you want to unsuspend in the 'Suspended Staff Users' page and click 'Edit'. 


Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Edit Staff' page, deselect the 'Suspend Account' check box, and click 'Update'.




Step 4


Move down to the bottom left of the 'Edit Staff' page, deselect (untick) the 'Suspend Account' check box, and click 'Update' to confirm.

You will be navigated back to your 'Active Staff Users' page - where your previously unsuspended user will now appear.
