RAVE allows you to quickly view ALL of your Projects in a 'maintenance' state - using the maintenance filter on the Build Projects list via the Site|Build button.
And also ALL of your Maintenance Tasks within these via the Site|Build / Maintenance (report) sub-tab.
Any task listed in a milestone that includes the key word 'maintenance' will automatically appear on this Site|Build / Maintenance (report)
NOTE: Maintenance must be spelled correctly for tasks to appear in the Maintenance Report
The Maintenance Report
The Maintenance Report allows you to Print and Export your report, and has a number of filters allowing you to customise your report (maintenance schedule task list) these are:
- By task status - All Staes, All Active, Open, Ordered, Working, and Completed
- By Site Manager
- By Project Manager
- By Days - All Days, Next 7 Days, Next 14 Days, Upcoming or a Date Range
- And a Search Field to filter by a specific job or other details i.e. '22010' as part of the job number in the below example
