Requesting a password reset for your contractor is simple.
Start by clicking on the 'Contractors/Contacts' tab.
This will open your 'Contractors' sub-tab, where you'll see the first page of your contractor list.
So, to reset a contractor's password:
Step 1
Click the 'Show' button for the contractor you would like to reset their password for.
Step 2
That will open the Contractors Profile, from here, we click on the 'Edit' button.
Step 3
From the Edit Contractor screen - click on 'Contractor Login' button to the bottom left of the screen.
This will expand the Contractor Login section. Next to their login email address is a Reset Contractor Password 'Submit' button - click on this to send the reset password email to the contractor.
