Time tracking enables you to clock in and out of a job when you are on-site and working on a task(s).  It is pretty easy to do as noted below.
 

Step 1

Click the 'Site/Build' button to access your projects. Go to the project you wish to clock into. Open the project by clicking on the Job No. or by clicking the 'Show' button on the right of the page.
 

Step 2

Click the 'Action' button to the top right of the Build Overview screen, this will open the 'action' drop-down menu. Click on 'Clock in'.
 



Step 3

From the 'Time Clocking' pop-up, select the date and time of clocking in, as well as the task you are performing from the 'Tags' drop-down menu. Then click 'Clock in'.
 



Step 4

When you need to clock out, open the 'action' drop-down menu again and click 'Clock out'.

 

 


Step 5

The Time Clocking pop-up box will appear. The clock out time will default to the current time, you can change this if you need to.  If you have any notes to add regarding your task, write them in the text box and click the 'Clock out' button to save these details and clock out.



NOTE: If you forget to clock in or out you can click on the calendar icon - a calendar will appear allowing you to choose the correct date and time.
