Those with branch owner access have the ability to set user permissions for different roles within your branch i.e. you can allow or disallow people to change certain items within a project or change the visibility of information.
 


Step 1

Head to your profile drop-down menu (your name in black & white to the top right of your screen), and select 'Set Permission' from the drop-down menu.
 

 


Step 2

You will be taken to the Staff Users sub-tab, listing everyone with a branch login in your business. Click the blue 'Edit' button of the person you wish to edit the permission for.

 

 


Step 3

This will take you to the Edit Staff screen, allowing you to update the details of the person you selected. To view and/or change the Permissions that person has, select the drop-down box under 'Permission'.

 

 


Step 4

Tick the boxes that you want the person to have access to - if you leave a box unticked they will not be able to access that permission.

 

 


Step 5

Save your changes, by clicking the blue 'Update' button. Your changes will be updated and saved!
