The Projects tab displays your current project list, listing all projects that are under construction, in a maintenance phase, or soon to start construction. The project stage allows you to easily track the progress of each project, and you can also filter your projects by stage. The project stage can be edited by opening the project and editing the project detail, or by checking the tick box to the left to change via an action footer pop-up. The project stage is also customisable with permissions via the Branch Setting - Projects Tab.
Customising Your Project Stage List
To customise your Project Stage list, click on your profile drop-down - your initials to the top right of the screen - and select the Project Settings option within the Branch Settings section. This is a permission-based option. If you don't see this option, please contact your business owner or the Rave administrator in your office to enable it.
From the Project Settings page, you will see your current Project Stages list. From this page you have the ability to make changes:
- The orange 'Archive' button - allows you to archive any project stages not already allocated to a project
- The green 'Has Active Projects' label - means that this stage has one or more projects assigned to it - clicking on the orange 'Archive' button, will ask you to select an alternative stage to move these projects to
- The blue 'Rename' button - allows you to change the project stage name/decription
- You can also change the order of the project stages by clicking and dragging the = icon to the left of the stage name
Note: Closed Projects are not affected by this change; only Open Projects Are Impacted.
Once your updates have been made and you return to the Projects list page, you can now bulk-assign or single-assign any project state using your new custom list, if you haven't already done so during the archive stage.
