The Projects sub-tab displays your current project list, listing all projects that are under construction, in a maintenance phase, or soon to start construction. You can edit project details one project at a time, or use Rave's bulk action function to amend multiple projects in one go.
The Projects Bulk Action Tick Box - Make Multiple Project Status/Stage/and PM Changes
The bulk action tick box sits to the top left of your Projects List - allowing you to quickly select multiple jobs (via each job's tick box to the left) and update them to a specific:
- Project Status - Pending, Active, Maintenance and Closed
- Project Stage - Pricing and Estimating, Awaiting Building Consent, Job Awaiting Start, In Construction, etc
- Project Manager
Selecting the bulk action tick box, or ticking a few projects' tick boxes, opens the Bulk Select Bar to the bottom of the screen - allowing you to set the specific Project Status/Stage/Project Manager to all selected projects. Making a selection here updates the selected field immediately.
